PYDA is based in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and our programmes are open to all youth who meet the criteria. However, our initiatives have been most accessible to young people in the Cape Winelands District Municipality, which includes the towns of Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Wellington, and Worcester.
The Cape Winelands District Municipality has become a focus area for PYDA due to its proximity to our base in Stellenbosch, which allows us to effectively serve youth from this region.
Future Expansion Plans
PYDA plans to expand its reach to other parts of South Africa. This expansion aims to extend the benefits of our integrated approach to youth development to a broader demographic, addressing the widespread issue of youth unemployment and educational disparities across the country. Through strategic partnerships and tailored programmes, we aim to replicate our success in the Cape Winelands District Municipality in other regions, ultimately fostering a generation of empowered youth nationwide.
